How do I purchase a subscription?
All accounts start off as a Free plan with a limit of 5 users and 10 courses. You can head on to the Billing Settings in the Admin Dashboard to upgrade to the Premium Plan by purchasing a a monthly or annual subscription. This page helps you estimate the cost for the number of licenses you wish to purchase.
How do I add more users than I paid licenses for?
You can add users by purchasing additional licenses at any time. If you're on the Annual Subscription, you are charged for the remaining months of your subscription. If you're on the Monthly Subscription, you are charged the same as a regular license for the month.
What is the difference between the Monthly and Annual Billing?
You get more value for your money with Annual Billing. You pay for a year in advance and you get 12 months of service for the cost of 10.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
How can I remove licenses?
As of now, we do not provide refunds for purchased licenses. However you can choose the number of licenses you'd like to renew at the end of your subscription for the next cycle. On the occasion that you want to reduce the number of licenses, you need to delete unwanted users in the User Management and free up licenses and then subscribe for less number of licenses in the next cycle.
Do I need a credit card to create an account?
You do not need a credit card to start with the Free Plan. You can use this to try all the features before upgrading to a Premium Plan by choosing a Monthly or Annual Subscription.
Is there any limitation to the storage amount for my courses?
You have unlimited storage for both the Free and Premium Plan. You are limited to 10 courses on the Free Plan.
Do I get service for the Free Plan?

How does Billing work?
Every account starts off with the Free Plan for you to evaluate LearnBee. When you're ready to upgrade to a Premium Plan, you can head on to the Billing Section in the Admin Dashboard.
- Choose the number of licenses you wish to purchase along with the payment cycle - monthly or annual.
- Pay for the selected period in advance with the option to purchase additional licenses mid-subscription.
- Renew your subscription at the end of the selected period with the option to choose the number of licenses and the ability to change from Monthly to Annual.
Is there a setup fee?
No! It's as easy as signing up for a new email address.
